A hall doesn't sell space. It sells dates.

One booked Saturday in season is worth more than a million views — and an empty one never comes back. We build the film, run the ads and qualify the enquiries, so your calendar fills with the dates you actually want, and keeps filling, season after season.

The situation for banquet halls

The season is fixed. The fight for it isn't.

A hall lives on a handful of high-value dates and a long stretch of quiet months. Four forces are pressing on those dates right now, and every one of them has an answer. Find the one that sounds like your last season — that's where your plan starts.

01 · AI PRESSURE

Anyone can look polished now

The hall that opened last season can put out a cinematic reel by the weekend, and it lands in the same feed as yours. Creative made by people who understand what a family is really buying still feels different — and that difference is yours to own.

02 · COMPETITION VELOCITY

The faster hall gets the visit

A wedding enquiry almost never goes to one venue. It goes to several, and the first hall to answer well usually wins the site visit. Speed isn't luck — it's a system, and a system can be built for you.

03 · PLATFORM SATURATION

You're renting your own audience

Every season the same enquiry costs a little more, and the platform keeps the audience you paid to reach. An owned channel and an owned lead pool put that list back in your name, where it belongs.

04 · INFLATION

A budget that only wakes up in season

Marketing money that sits still most of the year quietly loses ground to rising costs. Put it to work across a running quarter and it keeps earning through the quiet months, so the season opens with a pipeline already in it.

A booked Saturday beats a million views. So we market for the date.

Reach isn't the goal — a signed date is. So every campaign we build for your hall starts from your calendar and works backwards, never from a follower count.

How it works

Five moves, from the film to the booked date.

It's the same engine we run across every category. For a banquet hall, we simply point it at what matters to you — the occasion, the date and the guest — instead of browsing and brand awareness.

The invite film

We make a WOW Invite for your hall — AI-assisted, then edited by hand until it looks like your venue on its very best evening. Everything else in the campaign runs on this one film, which is why we make it first and make it properly.

The ad deployment

The film goes live as a managed campaign on the channels your couples actually plan weddings on. During the current launch period, 45% of your monthly fee is spent as real media behind it — not overhead, not retainer, media.

The enquiry capture

Every response lands in one place with its source attached, so you can see exactly which film and which channel brought it in. Nothing gets lost at the bottom of a comment thread on a Sunday night.

The qualification

We qualify enquiries before they reach your diary — the occasion, the date they're holding, and how ready they really are to book. Your team spends its evenings on the conversations that can actually close.

The booked date

A qualified enquiry becomes a site visit, and a site visit becomes a signature on a date. Every booking is traced back to the campaign that made it, so next quarter starts smarter than this one.

What you get

Everything the calendar needs, in one contract.

This is the Foundation level — the floor, not the ceiling. Every level above it keeps all of this and adds more.

  • A WOW Invite for your hall — AI-generated, human-edited, made to look like your venue at its best.
  • Branded campaign assets — delivered ready to run, not a folder you have to figure out yourself.
  • Live ad campaigns — managed end to end, with 40–50% of your fee spent as real media.
  • Lead performance tracking — see what each campaign is producing while it's still running.
  • Lead source tracking — know which channel and which film brought each enquiry in.
  • Lead qualification — occasion, date and readiness sorted before it reaches your diary.
  • Revenue tracking — bookings tied back to the campaigns that caused them.
  • Three campaigns every quarter — one continuous programme, not three unrelated bursts.

Where it goes from here

Growth adds unbranded assets, the full dashboard suite, a quarterly Lead Evolution report and a referral rewards programme. Transform adds your own WOW Campaigns PWA, push notifications, real-time Frame.io approvals and access to the WOW Offers platform. Enterprise adds Super Campaigns running three to ten at once, Gift Hampers on closed bookings, and a lead pool that compounds into an asset you own.

The long view

Seasons are short. Calendars are long.

Most halls market in bursts. Something goes up when the season nears, everything goes quiet when it passes, and every year the work starts again from nothing. The dates get filled, but the machine that filled them is torn down each time.

A quarter is three campaigns. We plan them together, they build on each other, and each one inherits what the last one learned — which film pulled, which channel converted, which kind of enquiry actually signed. Nothing gets thrown away at the end of a season.

That's the whole difference between spending on marketing and building an engine. One stops the day the money stops. The other is still standing when you come back next season — and it starts you further up the hill.

Straight answers

What hall owners ask us first.

What exactly do we get in a quarter?

Three campaigns. A quarter isn't a retainer with a few posts in it — it's three planned campaigns run as one continuous programme, each one built on what the last one learned about your enquiries.

Contracts run for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. The longer you commit, the lower the monthly rate: 10% off at six months, 15% at nine, 20% at twelve.

Can we just buy one campaign for a single season push?

Absolutely. A single campaign is a real product in its own right — £349, £499 or £799 per campaign depending on the tier, bought straight away with no proposal needed.

It's great for a festival push, a relaunch after a refurbishment, or as an extra activation on top of a quarterly contract you already hold. The quarterly contract is where the compounding happens, but a single campaign is a perfectly honest place to begin.

How much of our fee actually reaches the advertising?

During the current launch period, 45% of your monthly fee is spent as live media behind your own campaigns. After launch, that reinvestment settles to 28%.

The rest pays for what makes the ad spend work in the first place — the invite film, the campaign management, the dashboards, and the lead system that catches everything the advertising brings in.

What happens to the price if we decide next season instead?

Every level rises by 40% after the launch period, whichever of the four you choose — four levels, tailored to your season and calendar, with the full rate table on the main site's plan comparison. The duration discounts narrow too, and ad reinvestment drops from 45% to 28%.

Here's the part worth knowing: a contract signed during launch holds its terms for its full length. Sign a twelve-month contract now and today's rate and today's reinvestment are locked for all twelve months.

Do you take a commission on the bookings we close?

Level contracts carry a performance commission on closed leads, with a floor of 12% for the Social sector during launch, rising to 15% afterwards. It's agreed in writing in the proposal before anything begins.

Separately, contract holders can run WOW Offers Sub-Campaigns — a short five to ten second video on the WOW Offers platform, with no fee at all. We bring the leads and take only a commission on what closes. It's an upside for clients who already hold a contract, never a way to start.

The season will arrive either way. The pipeline is yours to build.

Launch rates are live now. After the launch period every level rises 40% and ad reinvestment falls from 45% to 28% — but a contract signed today holds today's terms for its full length. Tell us the dates you need filled, and we'll come back with a written proposal for your hall.
