You are not selling a room. You are selling the arrival.

Rooms, banquets, food and beverage, conferences — four revenue lines held up by one reputation. WOW Social builds the creative that carries that reputation and the lead system that turns it into confirmed bookings, three campaigns every quarter.

The category

Most businesses sell one thing. A hotel sells four.

A guest books a room. A family books your banquet floor for a wedding. A couple books a table on a Saturday night. A company books two days of conference space. Four buyers, four decisions, four completely different reasons to say yes — and every one of them is judging the same property.

That is where most hotel marketing quietly loses money. It gets run as one job with one message, when it is really four audiences who each need to see something built for them, and who each need to arrive at the same standard.

Run the four as one system and they start feeding each other. The wedding guest who was looked after becomes next month's weekend stay. The conference delegate comes back with a family. The reputation compounds instead of resetting every season.

Where the bookings come from

Four revenue lines. One standard carrying all of them.

Each line gets its own audience and its own creative, because a bride and a conference buyer are not persuaded by the same thing. Then we measure them against each other, so you can see which line is actually paying for your year and which one is being carried.

01

Rooms & Suites

The stay itself, sold on atmosphere rather than tariff. Direct enquiries you own, instead of commission handed to an aggregator.

02

Banquets & Weddings

The highest-value dates in your calendar. Long decisions with whole families involved — and one strong film is often what puts you on the shortlist.

03

Food & Beverage

Restaurants, bars, brunch. Short decision, high frequency, and the fastest line to feel a campaign working.

04

Conferences & Events

Corporate floors, offsites and launches. Booked by people who need proof of capability, not a mood board.

A hotel is judged long before it is visited. So we make the first look the best one.

Nobody experiences your service before they experience your marketing. Whatever the screen shows is the property, as far as the market is concerned. Get that right and everything after it gets easier — the rate you can hold, the upsell, the review.

Why cheap creative is expensive

Cheap creative does not save a luxury property money. It costs it bookings.

A five-star lobby shot on a phone in poor light reads as a three-star lobby. The guest never tells you that. They simply book somewhere else, and the loss never appears in a report. In this category production value is not decoration — it is the proof that the promise is real.

Anyone can now generate a passable image in seconds, which is precisely why passable has stopped being worth anything. What still separates one property from the next is human-led work: real light, real rooms, real people, edited by someone who understands what a luxury guest is looking for before they can name it.

That standard is the whole point of the engine. Every asset that leaves us is built to sit beside your best photography, not below it.

  • WOW Invites films — AI-assisted, then edited by hand until it holds the standard.
  • Campaign-ready assets for each revenue line, sized for every placement you run.
  • Live ad campaigns managed end to end — not handed over as files for someone else to run.
  • Lead source tracking so you know which line produced which booking.
  • Lead qualification before your front office spends time on an enquiry.
  • Revenue tracking from first click to confirmed booking.

Where your fee actually goes

During the current launch period 45% of every pound you pay is deployed as live ad spend on your own campaigns. Not overhead, not retainer — media. After the launch period that reinvestment reduces to 28%, and a contract signed now holds the higher rate for its full length.

How it works

One quarter. Three campaigns. Nothing made for the sake of it.

A level contract is sold by the quarter, and one quarter is three campaigns. They are planned as a sequence against your calendar, so each one arrives when it can actually change a number.

We start with your calendar, not the camera

Which dates are soft, which revenue line is under-booked, which season is coming. The three campaigns are planned against that before anything is designed.

Creative is built, then you approve it

Each campaign is produced for its own audience and signed off by you before a single pound of media is spent. Nothing goes live that you have not seen.

Campaigns go live and stay managed

Budgets, audiences and placements are handled end to end and adjusted while the campaign is still running — not reviewed politely after it has finished.

Every enquiry is tracked, qualified and handed over

You see the source, the quality and the revenue behind each lead. The next quarter is then planned on evidence rather than memory, which is exactly how a lead pool starts to compound.

Two ways in

Take the quarter, or take one campaign.

The quarterly contract is where the compounding happens. A single campaign stands on its own too — a festival push, a restaurant launch, a soft month you want to fix, or an extra activation running alongside a quarter you already have.

Questions we get from hotels
Do we have to market the whole property, or can we start with one revenue line?

Start wherever the gap is. All three campaigns in a quarter can point at banquets if that is the soft line, or split across rooms, food and beverage and events. The plan is built around your calendar, not a fixed template.

What exactly is a quarter?

Three campaigns. Contracts run 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, and the longer the commitment the lower the monthly rate — 10% off at six months, 15% at nine and 20% at twelve during the launch period.

Will the work carry your branding or ours?

Foundation delivers branded assets. From Growth upward everything is unbranded, so what you publish carries your property and nothing else.

Is there a commission on top of the monthly fee?

There is a performance commission on closed leads. For Social the launch floor is 12%, rising to 15% after the launch period. It is set out in your written proposal before anything begins — there are no figures you meet later.

What is WOW Offers, and what does it cost?

A short five to ten second video placed on the WOW Offers platform, open to contract holders from Transform upward. We deliver only the leads and take only a commission on what closes, with nothing paid up front. It sits on top of a main contract — it is never a way to start.

Can we simply buy one campaign and see how it goes?

Yes. Single campaigns run from £349 to £799 and are bought straight from the shop. Plenty of properties use them for a festival, a new restaurant or a quiet month, and plenty keep buying them alongside a quarterly contract.

The property is ready. Now make the market see it.

Launch rates are live now. Afterwards every level rises 40%, ad reinvestment falls from 45% to 28% and the Social commission floor moves from 12% to 15% — but a contract signed today holds today's terms for its full length. The properties that move first spend the next year compounding while the rest are still deciding.
